- I am from Sheldon, SC, but currently live in Alaska. I am married to the love of my life for 9 years. We have 3 beautiful and crazy kiddos. Jacob, 8, Emily,6, and McKinley, 1. They keep me busy. The Army brought us from the nice warm east coast to this wonderful arctic place. I don't think I have ever even dreamed about being as cold as I have been while living here. We have been here for 4 years and who knows when we will be back to those nice sunny SC beaches. Alaska is beautiful, no one can deny. I guess you really don't know how much you will miss until you leave. There is just something about the smell of marsh. I guess once it is in your veins, it never goes away.

Very pretty helmet,but I guess it is about to meet some destruction.
Great idea, Shane starts football soon at THA, this will be his 1st time playing. The coach sent a letter that said to start running and sit ups now or to bring your puke bucket to practice...I told Russell he will have to go to the 1st practice!!!
And so it begins....we'll wait for photos!
